Each worker at these small farms get paidfair wagesand works underethicalregionally accepted conditions. From Bali, the freshly picked coffee beans are sent to sunny Southern California to be roasted. The bean roasting process begins the day you place your order and is immediately packaged to capture thebold chocolate molassesflavor notes while they are at their peak freshness!
